COVID-19 Adaptations

Due to the current pandemic the structure of our courses has changed. The theory and demonstations of the practical elements will be delivered by our trainer in a live video conference environment.
The practical assesmnet will take place on a 1:1 basis at our assesment centre to minimise the risk of infection.

Due to these adaptations, all candidates must have a computer with a webcam and microphone to be able to take part in our courses at present.

The course will consist of 2 days of 4 hours of instruction via our online learning platform. This will be delivered live to you by our trainer, and will be just like being in the classroom.
You will be able to ask and answer questions and we will retain the high quality of teaching that we did before the pandemic.

Each candidate will be required to book an individual appointment with the trainer during the day. This will be for their practical assesment session.

Candidates will be able to receive further training during this session to enable them to not only meet the assesment criterea but to be confident in their skills.

Assesment does not involve physical contact with any other person and adaptations have been made to our assesment procedures to allow for social distancing to be in place throughout your time at our assesment centre.

If you have any concerns regarding these adaptations, please contact us.
